These are our general terms and conditions. Individual service agreements or descriptions may modify or supplement them. These individual terms shall take precedence in the event of conflict. By accessing our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

This service is intended exclusively for business customers (§ 14 BGB). You confirm that you act on behalf of a business and are at least 18 years old. No contracts are concluded with consumers (§ 13 BGB).

We grant a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for temporary use. You may not:

- Modify or reproduce materials

- Use for public display or commercial resale

- Reverse-engineer software

- Remove proprietary notices

- Mirror or frame our website without consent

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under your account.

By registering, you consent to receive communications (email/newsletter). You may unsubscribe at any time.

Payments may be made by invoice, Stripe, Digistore24, CopeCart, or other platforms. You confirm:

- You have the legal right to use the selected payment method

- Payment data is accurate and complete

- Third-party payment processors may process your data (see Privacy Policy)

In case of delayed payments, we may charge reminder fees, statutory interest, and forward the claim to collection agencies. Exceptions apply where stated otherwise in service descriptions or agreements.

Digital consulting, coaching, or service delivery begins immediately upon purchase unless otherwise agreed.

There is no right of withdrawal in B2B digital services (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB), especially if service delivery begins immediately. Exceptions may apply if otherwise stated in the individual agreement.

All content and intellectual property are owned by BRAND OLIVER MARKETING MANAGEMENT EST. or licensed accordingly. No duplication or resale is permitted without written consent.

You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a royalty-free, worldwide license to use and display it in connection with our services.

We are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party websites or tools used within our service. We disclaim all liability arising from outages or malfunctions of third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Google, Calendly).

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We are not liable for non-performance caused by force majeure, including war, natural disasters, internet outages, or pandemics.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, unless mandatory law states otherwise. Claims must be brought within 12 months unless otherwise required by law.

Any individual customizations must be discussed and confirmed in writing prior to service delivery.

These terms are governed by UAE law. Exclusive jurisdiction is the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless mandatory consumer protection law of another jurisdiction provides otherwise.

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance. Clients will be notified via email of any material changes.

Deviating terms and conditions of the customer only apply if expressly acknowledged in writing by us.

Contracts are concluded upon confirmation of purchase or mutual agreement. The contract text will be stored and sent to you by email upon request. Contract data is retained for at least 3 years for compliance purposes under applicable laws.
